Pancihan Metal, with its deep-rooted experience since 1984 and the innovative vision of its second-generation management, continues its work on industrial building projects on an international scale. The 500-ton capacity Flour Mill Facility Project, constructed in Zanzibar City, Tanzania, is among the solutions the company has developed for industrial building needs in different geographies.
Industrial Steel Structure and Load-Bearing System
The project involves the manufacturing of the industrial steel construction factory building and the installation of the load-bearing steel structure for the flour mill. The system, created in accordance with the building's intended use and the facility's production needs, is implemented to support the functionality and structural integrity of the working areas within the factory.
Roof, Facade, and Storage Areas
Sandwich panel and trapezoidal sheet metal cladding systems are used in the exterior structure of the factory building. Storage areas, which complete the production activities, are also included in the project, ensuring that the different usage areas of the facility are considered as a whole. Roof, facade, and storage solutions are implemented in accordance with the usage conditions and project details of the facility in Zanzibar.
Turnkey Contracting and Assembly
Pancihan Metal coordinates the manufacturing, logistics, on-site installation, and assembly processes of the project within the scope of turnkey contracting. Managing different application phases within a single process demonstrates the company's on-site organization and technical work capabilities in international projects.
