Main Steel Structure and Factory Buildings
Pancihan Metal is carrying out the steel structure manufacturing and load-bearing system assembly in the main production buildings of the facility. Steel systems, prepared considering the working conditions of the production lines and the loads on the structure, are designed and manufactured in accordance with static requirements. Structural solutions that meet the needs of different usage areas are offered with project-specific steel structures.
Crane Tracks, Platforms and Cladding Systems
Heavy-duty industrial crane tracks and service and operation platforms supporting the factory's production operations are among the important processes within the scope of the project. In addition to steel roof systems, sandwich panels and trapezoidal sheet metal cladding are used to complete the roofs and facades of the structures. These fabrications are approached with a holistic structural understanding, taking into account the production processes and operational requirements of the facility.
On-Site Assembly and Project Implementation
Manufacturing and on-site assembly work is carried out in accordance with the planned work schedule, while technical precision and quality control processes are observed during the implementation phases.
