Pancihan Metal is behind the Ceynak Ceyhan Facility Project, implemented in Ceyhan district of Adana, which stands out with its industrial and manufacturing investments. With a capacity of 220,000 tons, the project is one of Turkey's largest grain storage facilities and makes a significant contribution to the region's agricultural and logistics infrastructure.
Technical Structure of the Project
Horizontal storage systems and high-strength load-bearing steel construction solutions are being developed to meet the needs of the Ceynak Ceyhan Facility. Structural systems are designed and implemented taking into account the facility's intended use, load conditions, and site characteristics.
Production and Site Applications
Pancihan Metal coordinates the different application phases, from the design process to production and site assembly. In addition to steel construction manufacturing, trapezoidal sheet metal and sandwich panel applications, as well as roof and facade cladding, are also carried out in accordance with the facility's technical requirements.
Quality and On-Time Delivery
Maintaining production standards and ensuring controlled progress throughout the application processes are prioritized in the project. By ensuring that manufacturing and assembly works are carried out in accordance with the work schedule, structural solutions are provided that contribute to the long-term safe, durable and functional use of the Ceynak Ceyhan Facility.
